Cookie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter

Icing Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • ane/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

How to make the cookies:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Gear up a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick silicone baking mat and set aside.

  • In a separate large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and foam of tartar.
