I loved this book! This is the third and finale book in The Pointer of Artemis series. For anyone that doesn't already know, this is a lesfic gamble series about the Amazons. The whole series has been wonderful but this volume is my favorite. It was an excellent ending to the series that should make any fan happy.

The mode book 2 ended on a bewilderment, I volition exist keeping this review on the shorter side. I don't desire to give any spoilers abroad even by accident. This was one of my almost anticipated reads all year and then I want others to be able to fully bask it. What I can say is I felt this book had the about action. I was hooked into the book from the starting time and could not once put it down. Non simply was there plenty of excitement but the book is filled with feels. I went from tearing upwards, to a big smiling on my face. I simply love a practiced book that can make y'all feel. The characters in this serial somewhen become nether your skin and I volition not exist forgetting them anytime presently. This serial has everything a good series should have, romance, activeness, sadness, a footling humor, and fantastic characters. I really cannot recommend it plenty. Anyone that knows me knows I don't do many re-reads. This is a series I will exist re-reading for a long time to come.

As I have mention earlier, Aten is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. I have not read a book past her that has been less than four Stars. She writes books in many different categories then at that place is something for anybody. I think this serial is her best, but all her books are really practiced. I'm sad that this series has concluded, but it has been a heck of a good ride. I cannot wait to see what Aten will come up with next.

An ARC was given to me for a honest review.

I striking the bookpot with this trilogy, one of the very commencement things that stood out to me about information technology was how beautiful the writing was. There were numerous times while I was reading the words struck me so vividly I had to end and just stare at Leia in awe. I love that there's actually nothing fancy nigh the author'south writing way, it's quite simplistic just she writes in such a candid, conversationalist manner information technology's so, so easy to read and even easier to autumn in love with her words. She makes her characters feel real and tangible, and not once did I call back any conflicts or issues that came upwardly throughout the book were created for drama purposes only. And when I finished reading, ii principal thoughts ran through my mind-

a. this was a damn skillful serial that made me feel so many emotions, I turned into The Emoji Movie

b. how much I am going to miss Kyri, Ori and the rest of the Amazonian women, their regal globe, honorable mode of life and their super kick donkey weapon skills.

I also liked how the story was setup, how the author decided to let the story unfold. Information technology wasn't entirely a romance novel and she didn't make up one's mind to exclusively focus on just the romance. At that place was a focus on each character's own self-discovery as they navigated through their obstacles. There was room for side characters to shine so fifty-fifty though they were unimpressionable at offset, by the cease they were just as endearing as the principal characters.

The Arrow Of Artemis Serial, i of those special, exceptional stories that I think anybody who reads it will detect a sure amount of beauty in the books and exist able to connect/detect them inspirational. A top favorite of many trustworthy Lesfic reviewers and now, mine every bit well.

Massive bookover, how to get over it? Become under another book asap. The same advice does not work for human-homo relationship unless it's with BnJ - at that place are legit reasons why they are labeled as Vermont's Finest.

Overall the iii volume series is a good read, if you don't mind the rather slow pacing. More than personal journey than adventure. More introspection than fantasy. Nonetheless interestingly, it'due south quite a flake darker (and bloodier) than the usual lesfic. Though the requisite romance is sweetness and sexy. The leisurely pace, superfluous and repetitive dialogue and a little besides much attention to minutiae seems to indicate fan fiction origins. A few years ago, when fanfic was all I read, I'd take loved this regardless. Overall the 3 book series is a good read, if you don't mind the rather boring pacing. More personal journeying than risk. And this is why I ever say that you don't necessarily take to have an explicit passage to make a scene hot. I was on fire when I read this right here. It actually does go racy further along only this stopped everything.

The unabridged series lives up to the accolades and stellar reviews. Plenty of passion, battles, and peachy characters. By the third volume, Kyri has come total circumvolve and has evolved into what y'all'd expect from a wounded warrior, both emotionally and physically. Witnessing the subsequently furnishings on Kyri, information technology's hard to believe that only two years have passed but that's in essence how brutality marks its victims. The author does a phenomenal job in portraying the invisible scars that soldiers face up post boxing. I likewise capeesh that the volume shows how Kyri's struggles touch on not only herself but as well her family unit and friends.

It wasn't all serious. There'southward plenty of humor and a gushingly romantic and concrete honey story that'll heat you lot up. A fiddling fleck of intrigue at the stop too. So all in all, The Sagittarius is a wonderfully layered story as is the entire series. I'll miss the Telequire world and their Amazon sisters.

I love stories with strong female person character. The first one I cruel in honey with such a character was Xena. And so I was introduced to the Amazons and I roughshod in love with them even more because they aren't a one woman testify in a roughshod men'south world merely a whole village full of women that protects, boot asses, stands out and proud and thrives in the said roughshod world. I tin can't help but barbarous in love with anybody of them that is a true Amazon.

Though it isn't all that is in information technology. 'The Sagittarius' is filled with much more actions, secondary plots, new lovely characters and romance that is and so very heart wrenchingly sweet. And can I simply say how much I love Queen Orianna?!

Nonetheless, all that feels smaller in this series - information technology's a smaller scale that is more impactful for information technology. Fifty-fifty when the scope of the globe expands to the Roman Empire, it still feels intimate, with the focus solely on Kyri and the people she meets. Kyri is certainly impacted by the wider earth of Roman political machinations, but Aten is able to bear witness how painful people's political ploys can be on others at an individual level. I think that'south what amazed me about this third book, and the trilogy as a whole. It is nearly Kyri'due south journey, and even thought it must accept been tempting to expand the focus exterior of Kyri, it never strayed away from Kyri.

I highly recommend this series - particularly for lesfic readers who may desire to delve into fantasy, merely are turned off by the magic or mysticism. In many aspects information technology feels like a historical fiction with some hints of magic (historical fantasy), simply the fantastical elements feel grounded and real. Kyri is an amazing character, and the side bandage are interesting in their own right. You too cannot dismiss the romance - its slow burning and is willing to make its lovers piece of work at it. This book gave me a lot of feels.

Commencement volume is more of an introduction, no romance but even so a squeamish read.
2d book - all the cheesy feels. The cuteness!
And the third - This is what you call a finale.

Kyri/Kyrius - Actually, she's a niggling also perfect for me just I do like her a lot. I like her all through out the series.
I'm blinded with her negative traits because I'm biased like that. 😋
Ori/Queen Orianna - I can't think of a better Queen. She really stands out. A very lovable character. Although, I wish that I had a glimpse of her POV especially with Kyri gone. I like to feel her pains and all. 😌

Shana and Coryn - I'grand interested to read about them too. Especially Shana, she's a good sister to Kyri. Although at times I felt like she valued Kyri more than Kyri valued her.
With Coryn, I similar her wits. A book for them?

Can I have a pet like Gata? Seriously?

A lot of interesting and likable characters From book ane to 3. Basha, Khalani, Glypera, Iva, Pocori, to name a few that stuck with me. Actually, they're too many but I like them all, well maybe except for Princess Alcina and Megana and her minions. And as well Aelia.

I fell in beloved with both Kyri and Ori. Like really, I hate cheaters. So please excuse me. 😂

Be warned that in that location are a lot of triggers here, I kind of expect it since this is a barbaric era, Just I was so engrossed with what I'm reading that I got over it.
(Rape, cheating (If you call that cheating), abuse, murder)

This book actually reminded me of When Women were Warriors.

I loved and yet cried in this one the well-nigh. It's my favorite of the lot. The grapheme development of Kyri was astonishing to read and by the end she had so much more depth to her graphic symbol. Plus information technology all was a good story overall.

This latest instalment of The Arrow of Artemis serial was amazing.

Having read the first two books in this series I have already been on quite the adventure with Kyri, and Ori, and the Telequire tribe and nation, and following from The Archer, I really worried what the time to come had in store for them.

Reading The Sagittarius answered all I needed to know. Kyri has come up so far in her sun cycles since joining and Amazon tribe and falling in love, but this gamble all the same held many challenges for her, saw her character well and truly tested, and she was put through her paces to survive amongst the Romans.

Kyri faces many demons in this part of her story, showing more of her vulnerability every bit a graphic symbol but giving the reader everything she has left for you to really understand her. She is an amazing graphic symbol, who does astonishing things and I adore her.

At and so many moments in this book my center stopped, simply the intensity and the battles not only physically only mentally, and the challenges Kyri faces actually add drama and depth to this wonderful series of celebrated fiction. I honey the uniqueness of this story in how it explores her graphic symbol depth and relationships as she continues to grow.

Filled with drama, romance, and lots of lovely moments, simply not without its demons. This story has left me wanting more of Kyri and Ori, maybe i day, but until so The Sagittarius has left me all emotional with the manner things turned out, and the future ahead of these 2 brilliant characters, and the tribe. Highly recommend this volume, and series, as it really is an exciting read.

It was fun reading a story that has articulate roots in XWP but overall I'm leaning three stars for the total serial. Books 2 and three could've hands been merged every bit both had pretty boring subplots. For this book specifically, the whole Shimax princess drama was soooo cliche and predictable I skipped pages and pages merely going "yup, knew it. Chosen it. Whatever". It was fun reading a story that has articulate roots in XWP but overall I'm leaning three stars for the full series. Books two and iii could've hands been merged as both had pretty irksome subplots. For this volume specifically, the whole Shimax princess drama was soooo cliche and predictable I skipped pages and pages just going "yup, knew it. Called information technology. Whatever". It just felt so one note and superficial, it made me miss Kyri's gladiatrix days (all-time part of book 3).

And IMO the writer missed a big opportunity of changing the vocalism of the narrator from overly naive to a more mature darker tone. The YA voice had annoyed me in book i simply I was willing to call it a genius motion when I idea things were about to accept a turn. But no, overall everything connected very descriptive, fast paced and explicit (I can't imagine someone going through all that trauma and then constantly opening up and retelling the tale in a very practical way).

For those who enjoyed this series, I'd recommend Culpepper's Tristaine saga, Spyrel'due south Pretium Silenti (nevertheless available for costless in Xena FF sites and a MUST READ) and Vivian Darkbloom's Infamia (information technology's been a while since I read this one but I recollect actually enjoying it).

My Ratings
v Stars-The volume made it into my center and if I had to make a top 50 list of all time this book would shimmy its way in.
4 Stars- I loved the book, it was amazing. All the same, information technology's not on the elite 'favorite of all time' listing.
3 Stars- This is the broadest category. I liked the book all the fashion to it was average. This should be a 2.5 to 3.five department.
2 Stars- I read the book all the style through but did not similar it.
1 Star- I merely give a one if I can't cease the book because I dislike information technology so much. There are a few reasons for DNF. Poor plot line, poor grammar and/or spelling, or maybe just a subject area I don't care for.
I DO Circular UP!
